Amanda Grace, is delighted to be able to help facilitate this experience. Drawing on her more than 14 years as a whole-foods and healing chef, a kundalini yoga and meditation practice, as well as the book she has recently launched, Aphrodisiacs to Awaken the Sensory System: The Art of Cooking & Eating vol. 1
Photoshoot catering may be offered anywhere on earth. Additional travel expenses may be incurred.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Chef Amanda Grace Service Agreement

Chef Amanda Grace (CAG) will create a custom-curated menu based on your specific needs to create food exclusively for your event. CAG will arrive at the appointed venue with the necessary ingredients required to create this dining experience for you and you guests. For quality control purposes, CAG asks that the client/chef correspondence be in writing via email. Menu planning, correspondence, travel fees and the sourcing of ingredients are included in the client’s quoted day-rate.
Chef Amanda Grace will create a menu specifically for your event. There will be plenty of food on offer and your guests will be well-fed and their senses delighted. It will be interesting and stimulating and enjoyable and fun. Beverages of any kind are not included and will not be provided or prepared. (*If coffee adjustment is paid then accommodations for coffee can be made.) Any guests with allergies or specific dietary requirements (vegan, vegetarian, GF, DF) can be catered for. All serious allergies and dietary requirements must be received in writing at time of booking, or at least two weeks in advance of the event.
For quality control purposes, CAG asks that the client/chef correspondence be in writing via email. Menu planning, correspondence, local travel fees, etc. are included in the client’s quoted day-rate. Any additional expenses, including any storage and labeling equipment, will be the client’s responsibility to be paid in addition to the quoted fee. All of the agreed upon menu items are subject to change due to ingredient availability, quality, or other unforeseeable factors. CAG sources organic ingredients first, then local/sustainable wherever possible. In some cases, it is necessary to supplement ingredients from your neighborhood grocery stores, specialty food stores, and farmers markets.

CAG will promptly arrive to your home or venue at the agreed-upon time on the agreed-upon dates (March 25th, 26th, 27th, 2023) and will need full access to the cooking area for the agreed-upon hours. Please make sure the cooking area is accessible and clean on the scheduled cook-date. If for some reason, CAG cannot access the venue you will be charged as a last-minute cancellation and will be expected to reimburse for the cost of any ingredients purchased. Clients, children, pets and other distractions should be out of the kitchen area on the scheduled date. We respectfully request that the client allow CAG the time and space to create without interruption.

A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the billable amount of the total job must be made to secure the date. This amount is nonrefundable except in the unlikely event CAG must cancel your date. Please provide at least two weeks of advanced notice if you choose to reschedule a date. If you fail to give proper notice to your chef, the full rate of the total job will be invoiced to you on the cancelled date. Once the deposit is made the headcount may not be reduced, but you may add additional diners up until three days before the scheduled event.

CAG takes great pride in her work and promises to respect you, your home or selected venue, and any equipment. CAG will leave her workspace as clean as she found it, remove any personal equipment, and put away or dispose of any leftovers. Please make sure the kitchen area is clean and ready for CAG on the scheduled date, that there are adequate cooking and food storage facilities, prep areas, lighting, tables, chairs, table linens, glassware, serving dishes, tableware, serving utensils, plates, cutlery, etc. for all of the dishes being served, and that there are adequate garbage/ recycling bins and bags available for waste disposal. The provision and set up of any and all of the above is not included in the service agreement and must be provided and maintained by the client or additional staff hired by the client. If the kitchen and equipment provided does not meet basic health code standards (i.e. no running water, no electricity, no provision of necessary equipment, etc.) CAG will prepare what she can, you will be charged the full day-rate. CAG will make sure that the kitchen and any area she used will be returned to how she found it, maintenance of the equipment listed above not included. Please make the necessary arrangements to make sure that additional staff is available for the provision, set-up, service, breakdown and cleaning of any of the equipment listed above, as that is not included in the service agreement.

Your menu will be created fresh on the premises, and any leftovers, if remaining, will be packaged for your convenience. CAG is not to be held liable if you choose to ignore common food safety practices by not storing, defrosting, reheating, or using proper sanitation with regards to any leftovers. While every effort will be made to adhere to every dietary requirement, as food will be made in a kitchen which potential allergens exist, CAG cannot absolutely guarantee allergen-free meals. Any and all food allergies, dietary restrictions, food aversions must be shared with CAG at the time of booking. Every effort will be made, and CAG will accept no liability for anything.

A 50% deposit of the total billable amount must be made to secure the dates. The remaining balance will become due immediately upon completion of the job. 15 days after the service date, a late-fee of 10% of the invoice will be added to the outstanding bill along with a credit card processing fee of an additional 3% of the invoice.
This booking form will accept all major credit cards, Paypal or, by arrangement you may pay directly through Venmo or Zelle.

A personalized contract with total food costs will be e-mailed to you upon receipt of your deposit.
All food costs are included in the quoted fee. Any additional expenses will be billed along with the final payment. These may include those mentioned above, long-distance travel and storage containers and labelling equipment. A day is considered a maximum of 8 hours. Any days exceeding 8 hours will be billed at time and a half per hour.
Any receipts for additional expenses will be retained and total amount owed at completion will be adjusted and balance billed accordingly. A 50% deposit is due immediately upon booking to confirm the dates, and the adjusted balance due upon completion of the job. Remaining balance may also be paid via cash or check on the day of the event.
