Healing With Food

Food is medicine. Eating simple and pure, nutritionally dense, high-vibrational, organic, whole food is our best line of defense in prevention, cultivating a natural immunity, as well as giving our bodies a chance to naturally heal on their own. This is what our bodies are naturally designed to do, given the opportunity. Once the factors that are overtaxing or poisoning our systems have been removed, the human body has a remarkable ability to begin regenerate and strengthen itself against the conditions which have been weakening it when it is under attack from environmental factors. Poor food choices, depleted soil, pesticides in our food and water, seed oils, endocrine and hormone disrupting chemicals in our bath and cleaning products, radiation, negative thinking all contribute to the toxicity.

Removing as many of these poisons as possible, as well as an elevated level of care and nourishment, can help kick start this healing process, and having access to healthy, sugar-free, detoxifying, nutritionally dense, easily digestible food for this journey is crucial. This will begin to help replenish what has been depleted through illness or simply the stressors or toxicity of modern life.

Chef Amanda Grace draws on her more than 14 years’ experience as a healing and whole foods chef to bring you this healing with food meal prep offering. A bespoke collection of dishes will be created to suit each client especially. These dishes will be cooked with love and care, packaged and labelled and stored for you with instructions provided so that you or your support team can handle the rest. The option to ad-on extra day (s) in order to detox and organize the kitchen, remove as many of the toxins as possible, and set up a long-life pantry may also be available, for an additional fee.

This offering is available anywhere that Chef Amanda Grace can travel. Long-distance travel expenses will be billed as an additional charge.
